Job summary

Qualifications

• Lead UAT programs and manage complex programs or projects across business units (7+ years experience).
• Proficient in data analytics, able to interpret models and provide insights for execution.
• Demonstrated conflict management skills to facilitate discussions and create win‑win solutions.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the UAT strategy, governance framework, and testing methodology.
• Coordinate testing activities across functions, regions, and stakeholders to ensure coverage.
• Prioritize and assign testing resources based on scope and expertise.
• Consolidate results, defects, risks, and recommendations for leadership review.
• Serve as liaison between Product, Technology, Operations, and Business teams throughout the UAT lifecycle.
• Escalate issues and drive resolution activities.
• Maintain testing repositories, logs, and audit-ready documentation.
• Provide executive reporting on testing progress, readiness, defects, and release recommendations.
• Lead the transformation of strategic plans into high-impact programs across business units.
• Oversee program execution with risk mitigation and timely delivery.
• Build and manage diverse teams, delegating tasks for efficiency.
• Engage with senior management and stakeholders with regular updates.
