Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading UAT programs or similar projects.
• Strong data analytics skills to interpret models and derive insights for program execution.
• Proven conflict-management abilities with collaborative negotiation to resolve issues.
• Advanced computer literacy and the ability to leverage technology to solve problems.
• Ability to think strategically and use data to guide priority setting and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the overall UAT strategy, governance framework, and testing methodology.
• Coordinate testing activities across functions, regions, and stakeholders to ensure adequate coverage.
• Prioritize and assign testing resources based on project scope and expertise.
• Consolidate testing results, defects, risks, and recommendations for leadership review.
• Serve as liaison between Product, Technology, Operations, and Business teams throughout the UAT lifecycle.
• Escalate critical issues, testing delays, or deployment risks and drive resolution.
• Maintain testing repositories, logs, and audit-ready documentation.
• Provide executive reporting on testing progress, readiness, defect trends, and release recommendations.
• Lead transformation of strategic plans into high-impact programs across business units.
• Oversee program execution with risk mitigation and timely delivery of commitments.
• Build and mentor diverse teams and delegate tasks effectively.
• Engage with senior management for regular updates and issue resolution.
