Job summary

CACI is seeking a high‑impact Senior Program Procurement Lead who will set direction and execute in the weeds, leading a centralized procurement organization across Counter‑UAS mission areas. You will own a multimillion-dollar purchasing portfolio and drive disciplined acquisition management for rapid DoD procurements.

You will lead a team, ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, forecast procurement-driven revenue, and manage subcontractor relationships, with up to 10% travel and a TS/SCI clearance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, acquisition management, business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of DoD or federal procurement and acquisition experience in high-volume, high-dollar-value environment.
  • Advanced, hands-on command of FAR/DFARS and defense contracting standards.
  • Proven track record drafting, negotiating, and executing complex procurement packages and subcontracts under tight timelines.
  • Experience building or standing up procurement functions, workflows, or purchasing operations.
  • Experience with revenue forecasting and material receipt tracking, particularly where procurement drives revenue recognition.
  • Confident interfacing directly with senior government leadership, technical staff, and program leadership.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Own procurement driven revenue forecasting and track material receipt for revenue recognition.
  • Manage subcontractor relationships and material readiness across multiple theaters.

The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a high-impact Senior Program Procurement Lead who is comfortable setting direction and working in the weeds. This position will lead and scale the program's established, centralized procurement organization, owning a high-volume, multimillion-dollar purchasing portfolio that drives a significant share of monthly revenue across rapidly expanding Counter‑UAS mission areas. The role pairs organizational leadership with daily, hands‑on execution strengthening disciplined acquisition management, rigorous FAR/DFARS compliance, and scalable purchasing systems that keep pace with high-velocity DoD procurements and multi‑theater material demands.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the program's procurement team, maturing and scaling the centralized purchasing function structures, workflows, and subcontract frameworks to meet growing demand.
  • Serve as the authoritative interface for all purchasing matters across technical managers, program support staff, and government stakeholders.

  • Stay hands‑on drafting, negotiating, and executing complex procurement packages alongside the team.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, acquisition management, business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of DoD or federal procurement and acquisition experience, including leading and developing procurement teams in a high-volume, high-dollar-value environment.
  • Advanced, hands‑on command of FAR/DFARS and defense contracting standards.
  • Proven track record drafting, negotiating, and executing complex procurement packages and subcontracts under tight timelines.
  • Experience building or standing up procurement functions, workflows, or purchasing operations.
  • Experience with revenue forecasting and material receipt tracking, particularly where procurement drives revenue recognition.
  • Confident interfacing directly with senior government leadership, technical staff, and program leadership.
