Job summary

ND Defense LLC seeks a Program Operations Manager in West Point, MS, to own the master production schedule and drive cross-program execution across active programs. You will manage demand versus capacity, track risks, and ensure timely closures with senior leadership and customers.

The role requires deep program management experience in manufacturing, strong ERP/MRP proficiency, and the ability to mentor the Program Manager and other area managers. Regular presence on the plant floor is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum eight years of combined program management and manufacturing operations experience.
• Minimum five years managing programs directly with cost, schedule, and deliverable accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master production schedule for the facility.
• Maintain a consolidated execution picture for all active programs.
• Own the cross-program open item register and drive closure.
• Establish and run the facility program review cadence.
• Supervise and develop the facility Program Manager.
• Review and coach on customer-facing program status material.
• Identify schedule and resource conflicts and propose options.
• Produce and distribute program status communications on schedule.
