Job summary

The role collaborates with Finance and Service Delivery to ensure accurate forecasts and timely financial reporting, including invoices and variance analysis, while driving customer satisfaction, program execution, and continuous improvement throughout the contract lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• 12+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience supporting Intelligence Community, federal civilian, or similar agencies.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale service contracts (100+ team members).
• Ability to align diverse functions to deliver contractual deliverables on time.

Responsibilities

• Participating in customer-facing meetings, executive briefings, and strategic planning sessions.
• Driving collaboration with customer counterparts and subcontractors.
• Tracking labor costs, productivity, and resource utilization; identify efficiency opportunities.
• Tracking and reporting performance against Service Level Agreements.
• Supporting contract compliance, auditing, and reporting requirements.
