Job summary

Peraton seeks a Program Operations Manager to lead critical business functions including finance, contracts, security, and quality. You will collaborate with Finance and Service Delivery teams to ensure forecasts are current and financial reporting is accurate, including invoices and variance analysis.

The role centers on customer satisfaction, program execution, and ongoing process improvement. You will engage in customer meetings, drive collaboration with subcontractors, and monitor labor

Qualifications

• 12+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience supporting the Intelligence Community or federal/state/local entities.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale contracts with 100+ team members.
• Strong executive communication and ability to tailor information for diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to mentor others and grow leadership acumen.
• Willingness to support capture and proposals when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership oversight over finance, contracts, security, quality, communications, and resource management.
• Collaborate with Finance and Service Delivery to ensure accurate forecasts and financial reporting.
• Ensure on-time and accurate delivery of all financial reporting including invoices and variance reporting.
• Participate in customer-facing meetings, executive briefings, and strategic planning sessions.
• Track labor costs, productivity, and resource utilization; identify efficiency opportunities.
• Support contract compliance, auditing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
