Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Program Manager in McLean, Virginia. In this role, you will provide senior technical leadership and act as the primary interface between Peraton and U.S. Government customers. Responsibilities include managing full lifecycle analysis programs, overseeing data migration efforts, and ensuring project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, active TS/SCI clearance, and substantial management experience in the Intelligence Community. The target salary range is $135,000 - $216,000, complemented by a diverse benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 12 years of experience, including 5 years of management.
• 3+ years of management experience with current PMP or master's degree accepted.
• Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full lifecycle analysis and mission support program.
• Coordinate staffing actions and manage qualified personnel.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality and contractual requirements.

Skills

Active TS/SCI with polygraph

Management experience in the Intelligence Community (IC)

Experience managing dispersed, multi-disciplinary teams

Experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases

Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Java

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
