Responsibilities

  • Serve as a member of the executive leadership team and contribute to strategy, planning, budgeting, and decision-making.
  • Provide strategic leadership for all assigned programs, ensuring mission alignment and long-term priorities.
  • Translate goals into clear program strategies, objectives, and implementation plans.
  • Develop scalable program models, systems, and partnerships to support growth and impact.
  • Lead, supervise, and develop program directors, managers, and staff; foster a high-performing culture.
  • Oversee budgeting and operational management; collaborate with finance and operations on forecasting and investments.
