Job summary

The Foundation is seeking a program professional to manage a portfolio of grants and contracts in digitally-enabled teaching and learning, including courseware, AI-enabled tools, assessments, course supports, and professional development, with an emphasis on summative assessments.

You will collaborate with the DETL team and across the U.S. Program to advance strategy, measure impact, and support faculty and academic communities in achieving success goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of grants and contracts on DETL topics (courseware, AI-enabled tools, assessments, course supports, professional development, community building) with emphasis on assessments.
• Co-invest frequently with officers and division colleagues to ensure investments align with the team’s strategy and deliver measurable impact.
• Serve as the team’s primary resource on summative assessments: track innovations in assessment design, pedagogy, and technology; participate in foundation events and task forces; provide regular updates.
