Job summary

NTT DATA Services in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Senior Client Program Manager to lead concurrent client projects, oversee an Integrated Master Schedule, and coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. The role requires on-site presence in Downtown LA 4-5 days per week and travel within the LA region as needed.

The ideal candidate has advanced PM skills, strong stakeholder management, and a proven track record in complex programs.

Qualifications

• Plan, organize, and execute projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage client expectations and escalations to high service levels.
• Coordinate schedules across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget while ensuring quality.

Responsibilities

• Leads concurrent standard or complex projects; directs program-related work streams.
• Engages stakeholders to drive original concept through final implementation.
• Ensures client satisfaction and acts as single point of contact for client escalations.
• Maintains baselined budget, on-time delivery, and adherence to quality criteria.
• Documentation and management of risks and issues; enforce change-control.
• Partners with workstream owners and vendors to validate activities and resources.
• Owns Integrated Master Schedule and oversees schedule governance and reporting.
• Leads schedule update meetings and provides evidence-based recommendations to leadership.
