Los Angeles, California, Description If you’re a strategic marketing professional looking to make a meaningful impact in health care, join us as a Senior Program Marketing Manager at UCLA Health. In this role, you’ll lead innovative marketing initiatives that elevate our brand and drive engagement regionally, nationally, and internationally. You’ll collaborate closely with clinical and operational leaders to craft compelling marketing initiatives that showcase UCLA Health’s expertise in patient care, research, and innovation. Your work will play a vital role in positioning UCLA Health as a world-class academic health system, ensuring our messaging reaches the right audiences and drives measurable results. Success in this role will require a strong strategic mindset and the ability to foster collaboration across multiple departments and stakeholders. You’ll need to translate complex business goals into clear, effective marketing strategies, balancing creativity with data-driven decision-making to optimize performance. Your ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a keen focus on brand alignment will be key in executing impactful campaigns. Salary offers are determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, and equity. The full salary range for this position is $92,600 to $202,200 annually. The budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position is approximately $145,000 to $160,000 annually. Qualifications At least 5-10 years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience Healthcare marketing experience with a focus on clinical service line promotion, patient acquisition, and healthcare delivery required Demonstrated experience working in a hospital, health system, academic medical center, or healthcare organization supporting clinical operations and patient care initiatives Strong understanding of marketing strategy development and execution Experience leading cross-functional initiatives within a healthcare organization Ability to confidently and competently navigate a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders Advanced ability to translate business goals into strategic marketing plans Advanced ability to provide input to market research, including competitive benchmarking and audience studies used to inform decisions regarding customer targeting Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills International marketing experience is strongly preferred Join us and be part of a team that is transforming health care marketing-crafting bold strategies, shaping the future of patient engagement, and making a lasting impact on one of the most recognized names in medicine.
