Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organizes, coordinates, and manages major programs/projects with citywide impact; handles budget, contracts, and personnel administration.
• Develops procedures within compliance requirements; interprets policies and supervises staff; prepares work plans and evaluates outcomes.
• Serves as principal contact for the program; collaborates with department heads and other officials on regulations, policies, and reporting.
• Develops reports on program performance and conducts customer service audits and training.
