• Master’s degree may be preferred for some positions; additional qualifying experience may substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage the assigned human services program(s).
• Select, motivate and evaluate staff and provide for their training and professional development.
• Recognize operational problems and implement effective resolutions.
• Analyze complex regulatory and administrative problems, evaluate alternatives and adopt effective courses of action.
