Job summary

You will mentor cross-functional teams to deliver high‑quality workplace experiences across Walmart campuses. The role partners with senior leaders to set goals, assess risks, and communicate requirements while fostering ethics, collaboration, and continuous improvement across Walmart’s Workplace Hospitality group.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience leading cross‑functional teams.
• 3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of multiple business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to achieve performance goals.
• Supervise and develop associates through mentoring, coaching, and performance management to build a collaborative team environment.
• Partner with senior leaders to define goals, assess risks, and communicate program requirements to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating processes, conducting gap analyses, and implementing best practice solutions aligned with company strategy.
• Analyze program performance using key metrics, recommend adjustments, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance service and product capabilities.
