Job summary

ACCIONA seeks a seasoned Program Manager to support the Project Director in planning, coordinating, and delivering the WIFA Long Term Water Augmentation Fund Program. This role leads multi-disciplinary teams, interfaces with regulators, design partners, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure technical excellence and on-time, on-budget performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale infrastructure or water/wastewater projects.
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of project development, design and construction management, and regulatory compliance.
• Bilingual English–Spanish strongly preferred due to cross-border interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of project components within WIFA Long Term Water Augmentation Fund Program.
• Identify and manage stakeholders, permitting agencies, off takers, regulatory entities and client representatives.
• Provide technical leadership to design teams, construction managers, and QA/QC processes.
• Ensure schedule performance, cost control, and regulatory compliance across segments.
• Facilitate governance meetings, progress reporting, and documentation with stakeholders.
