Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, direction, and management for all contract personnel and subcontractors.
• Serve as primary point of contact to USSOCOM leadership and CORs.
• Manage contract performance per contractual requirements, performance standards, and objectives.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, workforce development, retention, and succession planning.
• Direct program scheduling, resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Monitor program performance metrics; prepare reports, briefings, and executive communications.
• Lead ELMS-related program execution, logistics management systems, accountable property management, and inventory accountability.
• Coordinate contract transitions, system migrations, and change management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with security requirements and DoD regulations.
• Foster customer relationships and identify opportunities for process improvements.
