Job summary

VTG is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale federal support services program for the United States Marshals Service (USMS). The role coordinates program management, staffing, and quality assurance across multiple USMS offices nationwide, ensuring on-time, within-budget performance and strong customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10 years of program or project management experience on federal contracts.
• 5 years managing large professional services or mission support programs.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience recruiting, retention, workforce planning, and staffing.
• Experience preparing executive briefings and performance reports.
• Strong knowledge of federal contracting environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer engagement skills.
• U.S. citizen with eligibility for Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management and strategic direction for nationwide USMS support services.
• Coordinate with Government PMs, COs, CORs, and senior USMS leadership.
• Oversee staffing, location-wide operations, and labor categories.
• Ensure contract compliance, performance standards, and SLAs.
• Lead startup, transition, staffing, and steady-state operations.
• Monitor performance metrics and deliverables; produce status reports.
• Engage customers; brief executives; resolve issues.
• Manage budgets, labor utilization, forecasting, and subcontractors.
• Support contract modifications and growth opportunities.
