Job summary

VTG is seeking a Program Manager in Chantilly, VA, contingent upon program award, to lead a flagship program with daily interactions among VTG workforce, subcontractors, VTG executive leadership, and the IC customer. The role drives governance, staffing, contracts, security, and strategic execution across teams.

You will provide direction to managers and workforce, coordinate back-office functions, and ensure alignment with VTG’s overall strategy while advancing the mission and delivering

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Poly required.
• 15 years’ experience; with relevant experience on a program or organization at the same size/scope.
• Knowledge and experience with the IC customer.
• Work on customer site; side by side with the customer daily.
• Leadership of a team of managers, who in turn manage the workforce teams.
• Directing back-office teams: contracts, security, finance, staffing, HR.
• Effectively integrating with other TOs/company PMs.
• Direct engagement with subcontract workforce and leadership.
• Building future leaders and providing career development opportunities for the workforce.
• Unique and creative ways to engage the employee workforce.

Responsibilities

• Engage with VTG workforce to provide strategic and tactical direction.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure alignment and performance.
• Report program status to VTG leadership and align with company strategy.
• Interact daily with IC customer leadership to meet contractual obligations and mission goals.
