• Experience in NAVSEA or NAVAIR contract environments.
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Subcontractor coordination on multi-company DoD contracts preferred.

• Prepare and distribute QPR briefing packages, meeting agendas, and conference minutes.

• Manage personnel roster maintenance and on-call process documentation.
• Coordinate Government-directed meeting logistics including RMC Collaborations and PQS Workshops.
• Track and resolve program action items from QPRs, IPTs, and ILS Working Groups.
• Support transition planning and incumbent data transfer coordination at contract start.
• Assist PM in managing cost/schedule variance and preparing corrective action plans.

• Position contingent upon contract award* VTG’s estimated starting pay range is $90,000-$130,000 which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
