Job summary

Check Defense, LLC is seeking an experienced Information Technology Manager to lead and oversee IT operations supporting a U.S. Army UAS training, maintenance, logistics, and mission support contract.

The role ensures secure, compliant operation of government-furnished and contractor-operated IT resources. You will work with government stakeholders and program leadership, manage networks, cybersecurity programs, and incident response, and develop long-range plans for modernization while

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, IS, Cybersecurity, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years IT experience with network and systems administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations supporting UAS training, maintenance, and logistics.
• Develop IT strategies, policies, procedures, and standards.
• Coordinate with Government customers and contract leadership on IT matters.
• Oversee LAN/WAN, servers, workstations, and devices.
• Manage cybersecurity programs in DoD, Army, RMF, and compliance.
