Job summary

Check Defence LLC seeks an experienced Information Technology Manager to lead IT operations for a U.S. Army UAS training and support contract.

You will oversee secure, compliant IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity programs across Government-furnished and contractor-operated resources. You will work with Government stakeholders, program leadership, cybersecurity staff, instructors, and logistics teams to ensure reliable, secure operations and continuous improvement in mission-critical

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible IT experience including network and systems administration.
Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience leading IT teams in government or enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and security compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead contract IT operations supporting UAS training, maintenance, logistics, and mission support functions.
Develop and maintain IT strategies, policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Serve as primary IT liaison with Government customers and contract leadership.
Provide technical guidance to IT staff and contractors.
Develop long-range plans for technology modernization and infrastructure improvements.
