Job summary

Gladiatoremergence seeks a Level 3 Program Manager at Fort Meade, MD for a TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly on-site program. The candidate will drive complex DoD contracts and lead senior project teams.

The role requires PMP/FAC-P/PM Senior Level or DAWIA Level 3 certification, extensive EVMS experience, and proficiency in cross-functional, multi-vendor program management. Fort Meade location with on-site work only.

Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) years of experience as a program or project manager in programs and contracts of similar scope.
• Direct experience managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts with a multi-vendor environment.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies.
• Experience in requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting.
• At least three (3) years of experience in management and control of funds using complex reporting mechanisms such as Earned Value Management.
• PMP, FAC-P/PM Senior Level, or DAWIA Level 3 certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Level 2 PM tasks and manage larger, more complex contract.
• Communicate issues and solutions to the broader Government management structure.
• Provide guidance and direct tasking for Level 0–2 PMs if assigned.
• Assemble and lead cross-disciplinary Government/Contractor teams to address urgent issues.
• Manage multi-task contracts and provide oversight for multi-vendor environments.

The Level 3 Program Manager (PM) shall possess the following capabilities:

• All tasks of the Level 2 PM not performed at Level 2 due to the size and/or complexity of the contract
• Communicate issues and solutions to the broader
• Government management structure as requested by senior
• Provide guidance and direct tasking for Level 0, 1, and 2 program managers if any are assigned to the contract/program
• Rapidly assemble and execute focused cross-disciplinary Government/Contractor teams to address urgent or unexpected cost, schedule, or technical program/contract issues

Qualifications

Fifteen (15) years of experience as a program or project manager in managing programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required Direct experience in managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity, as well as experience in leading a multi-vendor environment is required Shall be knowledgeable of the guidelines provided by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies Must have demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting Must have at least three (3) years of demonstrated experience in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms such as Earned Value Management Must have a PMP, FAC-P/PM Senior Level, or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 3 certification in Program Management Domain Table Description Information Technology For Building Fit Ups: BICSI certified Registered Telecommunication Project Managers required
