Job summary

Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC is seeking a Program Manager who will serve as the Government’s primary point of contact for contract performance. The PM will oversee contractor personnel, ensure contract requirements are met, and provide continuous reporting and risk monitoring to the Government.

Qualified applicants will hold a TS/SCI clearance and PMP certification, with several years of equivalent program management experience and proven ability to plan workforce requirements and

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI security clearance.
• PMP certification.
• Experience managing a program or project of comparable size, scope and complexity.
• Experience planning workforce requirements for projects of similar size and complexity.
• Experience contract financial management and performance monitoring, including KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Government’s primary point of contact for contract performance.
• Coordinate and oversee contractor personnel and subcontractors.
• Facilitate communication between Government and Nightwing and monitor progress and KPIs.
• Ensure tasks are performed IAW contract requirements and maintain visibility into status.
