Job summary

Nightwing seeks a skilled Program Manager in the United States to lead a dynamic network engineering team and coordinate with customers, project integrators, and engineers to meet requirements and schedules.

The ideal candidate holds a technical degree, 8+ years of PM experience, an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, and excels in leadership, communication, and program governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of Program Management experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph Day.
• Strong teamwork and leadership at all management levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Expertise with Network Engineering management and design.
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking.
• Strong customer focus and ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risk and quality.

Responsibilities

• Single point of contact for contract performance.
• Leads team project execution and directs timely completion of SOW efforts.
• Plans, directs, and tracks program metrics (cost/schedule/technical/operational/quality).
• Ensures systems meet performance, security, and functional requirements.
• Creates, reviews, and maintains programmatic/technical artifacts.
• Manages resources to deliver qualified, cleared personnel for tasks.
• Establishes training plans to evolve skills and prevent single points of failure.
• Prepares and presents briefings, white papers, use cases and concept papers.
• Manages relationships with customer, Nightwing, and stakeholders.
• Oversees collaboration with project integrator and engineers to align requirements.
