Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group in Indiana is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Transmission Pole Replacement and Like-for-Like Asset Replacement programs, aligning schedules, budgets, and performance with strategic goals.

You will mentor a team of Project Managers and an Analyst, drive planning, risk management, and stakeholder communications, ensuring cross-functional collaboration across planning, engineering, scheduling, outages, materials, and construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, environmental permitting, or engineering.
• 5+ years in electric utility sector in project management, engineering, contracts, construction, or operations.
• 5+ years of detailed project financial forecasting and reporting.
• PMP preferred.
• Knowledge of power system operations, electrical and civil engineering, environmental regulations, and utility accounting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under budget and time constraints with attention to detail.
• Strong skills in: negotiations, presentation, construction management, stakeholder management, and critical analysis.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel), Power BI, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
• Exhibit high personal standards of commitment and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of both replacement programs within approved budget, scope, and schedule expectations.
• Achievement of annual replacement targets and asset reliability objectives.
• Effective coordination between planning, engineering, scheduling, outage management, materials, and construction teams.
• Accurate forecasting, reporting, and executive communication regarding program performance.
• Development and leadership of a high-performing project management team.
• Proactive management of program risks, resource constraints, and stakeholder expectations.
