L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager of Program Management to lead a team of Program Managers overseeing telemetry systems production and sustainment programs at our Bristol, PA location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Graduate degree with extensive related experience; alternate 16 years without a degree.
• Minimum 5 years managing programs in DOD or Aerospace.
• EVMS experience required.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Travel about 10% across sites/customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of telemetry systems production and sustainment programs.
• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead programs through all phases with cost, schedule, and technical performance accountability.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Quality.
• Identify and manage program risks to support on-time delivery.
• Provide status reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in proposals, business plans, statements, and budgets.
• Lead a team of Program Managers and mentor staff.
• Ensure resources (engineering, labor, facilities) are planned and available.
• Direct work across technical, manufacturing, and admin functions.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and manage expectations.
