L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Sr Specialist, Program Manager in Colorado Springs, CO. You will oversee ground-to-space EW sustainment programs, directing scope, schedules, and budgets per contract requirements.

This role requires coordinating with internal teams and government customers to ensure mission success. You will apply earned value management and robust risk mitigation, lead cross-functional teams, and manage complex, long-term initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 years PM experience; Graduate Degree with 4 years PM experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
• Active US TS / SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure project stability throughout its lifecycle.
• Act as a primary point of contact for internal teams, government agencies, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment with mission objectives.
• Utilize Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques to monitor project performance and ensure alignment with cost, schedule, and scope objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and innovation to achieve mission success.
• Valid driver's license is required.
