• Delivers program risks and issues by applying structured escalation frameworks and facilitating decision-making with appropriate stakeholders.
• Produces executive-ready program status reporting, delivery dashboards, and decision briefings that communicate progress, risks, and required actions.
• Drives improvements to project management practices, delivery frameworks, and program governance standards to improve execution quality and consistency.
• Guides less experienced project managers on planning methods, risk management, and stakeholder communication practices.
