Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in technical or manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with project management tools, planning methodologies, and reporting systems.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent project/program management training.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams spanning engineering, operations, and business development.
• Establish and manage integrated program schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Drive technology readiness, qualification, and manufacturing transfer.
• Provide executive-level updates on status, risks, and resources.
• Support proposal development and contract deliverables.
• Manage scope changes and change control processes.
• Identify program risks early and mitigate.
