Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Irving, TX to lead analysis and execution to reduce defects in the delivery supply chain. You will own end-to-end initiatives, collaborate across Transportation, Finance, and Technology teams, and drive optimization of volume allocations with carriers to balance speed and cost.

You will coach teams, manage multiple projects, and communicate results to senior leadership, while ensuring program strategy aligns with customer experience and cost targets

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand NA Transportation network and act as SME for NACF.
• Set volume plans by carrier with planning teams to ensure accuracy and validity of plans while managing key metrics (Cost, DEA, Speed).
• Identify, analyze, and maintain key metrics, with trend and variance analyses to discern root cause of defects.
• Collaborate with other Program/Product managers and analysts to improve operations for volume allocations change and carrier requirements.
• Partner with Carriers, AMZL, Amazon Air, Third Party, Carrier Managers, Finance, Technology teams to ensure design manages Speed, DEA and Cost effectively.
