Job summary

Amazon in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Senior Program Manager within the Global Transportation Services—Customer Delivery Excellence team to lead analysis and operational execution to reduce DEA defects in the supply chain. You will drive programs from idea to implementation, owning end-to-end delivery while coordinating with cross-functional partners to optimize cost, speed, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Understand the North America (NA) Transportation network and act as a SME for driving changes across NACF
• Set volume plans by carrier with Long Term and Mid Term Planning teams to ensure accuracy of plans while managing Cost, DEA and Speed metrics
• Identify, analyze, and maintain key metrics with trend analyses to discern root causes of defects
• Collaborate with other Program/Product managers and analysts to improve operations for volume allocations and carrier commitments
• Partner with Carriers for AMZL, Amazon Air, Third Party carriers, Carrier Managers, Finance, Technology teams to ensure network design manages Speed, DEA and Cost and can maintain volume allocation targets
