Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking a Program Manager to join our PMO and oversee programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality meet established constraints.

You will coordinate with business, technology, and leadership, manage budgets and resources, develop business cases, drive governance, risk, and change management, and deliver measurable benefits across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of project and/or program management experience.
• Working knowledge of standard project management processes, methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Experience with OnePlan, Microsoft Project, or other project management software.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities in a multitasking environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing technical documentation.
• Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage programs and projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful organizational outcomes.
• Provide program management governance, results reporting, and oversight across multiple projects and initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison between business users and technology resources to support effective solution design and desired business outcomes.
• Work with stakeholders and business personnel at all organizational levels to understand and document project requirements, problems, and opportunities.
• Gather project requirements, quantify costs and benefits, define project deliverables, estimate resource requirements, and develop business cases for leadership review and approval.
• Develop communication plans tailored to stakeholders ranging from staff-level employees through C-suite leadership.
