You will apply strong communication and leadership to these programs, aligning processes across departments and ensuring compliance and operational adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of program management experience.
• Experience on compliance-related projects or within a compliance department.
• Strong stakeholder identification and management.
• Experience with a program governance framework.
• Strong communication skills and tailoring messages to audiences.
• Experience on business and IT projects with the software delivery lifecycle and adoption of new processes.
• Ability to lead requirements/workshops and delivery planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert leadership on complex PM assignments and projects.
• Support delivery of strategic programs with governance and control.
• Plan, organize and control resources to meet scope, time, quality and budget.
