Job summary

Acrisure, a global fintech leader, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead strategic, cross‑functional, enterprise‑level programs in Boston on-site. You will ensure integrated delivery, alignment to business objectives, and effective management of risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

You will define and manage program plans and roadmaps, oversee multiple workstreams, mentor PMs, govern budgets and resources, and advise executives on trade‑offs, while applying PMO frameworks and

Qualifications

• 8–10 years leading largescale or enterprise level programs.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred, or combination of equivalent experience and education.
• PMP or PgMP required; Agile or Lean certifications preferred.
• Proven success influencing senior and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage program plan, roadmap, scope, and success measures.
• Lead planning and execution across multiple cross-functional workstreams or projects.
• Facilitate program level steering committees and decision forums.
• Ensure alignment across interdependent projects and multiple functions.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resourcing at the program level.
• Advise executives and senior leaders on program trade-offs, risks, and impacts.
• Mentor Program Managers and Project Managers contributing to the program.
• Identify and mitigate risks across the full program lifecycle.
