Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead highly strategic, cross-functional, enterprise programs that involve multiple related projects. You will ensure integrated delivery, align with business objectives, and manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations while shaping program direction with executives.

The role requires 8–10 years of experience, a PMP/PgMP, and strong executive communication.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years leading largescale or enterprise level programs.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred or equivalent experience.
• PMP or PgMP certification required; Agile/Lean certifications preferred.
• Proven success influencing senior and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage program plan, roadmap, scope, and success measures.
• Lead planning and execution across multiple cross-functional workstreams or projects.
• Facilitate program level steering committees and decision forums.
• Mentor Program Managers and Project Managers contributing to the program.
