Acrisure is a global fintech leader actively seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead highly strategic, cross-functional programs that involve multiple projects. You will ensure integrated delivery, align with business objectives, and coach delivery teams to meet ambitious timelines and quality standards.

The role demands 8–10 years of enterprise program leadership, PMP or PgMP, and a proven track record influencing senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

8–10 years leading largescale or enterprise level programs.
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred, or combination of equivalent experience and education.
PMP or PgMP required; Agile or Lean certifications preferred.
Proven success influencing senior and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Define and manage program plan, roadmap, scope, and success measures.
Lead planning and execution across multiple cross-functional workstreams or projects.
Facilitate program level steering committees and decision forums.
Ensure alignment across interdependent projects and multiple functions.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resourcing at the program level.
Advise executives and senior leaders on program trade-offs, risks, and impacts.
Maintain strong relationships with sponsors and functional leaders.
Mentor Program Managers and Project Managers contributing to the program.
Identify and mitigate risks across the full program lifecycle.
