Responsibilities

• Lead the production of new store concept business plans and go-to-market strategies.
• Work closely with Real Estate Research to determine opportunity size of future concept versions and understand ROI.
• Coordinate with Finance to create financial plans/pro forma.
• Set KPIs to measure success of new store concepts or initiatives post-launch.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across business stakeholders to set product vision and roadmaps.
• Support Growth & Innovation leader to innovate the current portfolio and set up a mechanism to roll out updates in a systematic and cost-effective manner.
• Implement systems ensuring strong follow-up management occurs on action items and questions with relevant senior leaders.
• Drive focus and attention to key bottlenecks, identifying potential solutions and leading implementation.
• Manages projects with high levels of ambiguity and complexity, frequently navigating change.
