Job summary

Amazon is seeking a self-directed, AI-fluent program manager to join the SAE Content team. You will own the content strategy for specific topic verticals, work with product managers and other content creators, and launch educational content across video, guides, and contextual text.

You will turn complex topics into clear resources to drive seller growth and engagement. You will script, produce, and iterate content with AI-based tools, track performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to

Qualifications

3+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
Bachelor's degree in communications or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Own the content roadmap for assigned topic verticals, using data to prioritize content.
Research, script, and produce educational content across formats such as video and written guides, leveraging AI tools to accelerate output.
Partner with product managers, business owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align content with seller needs and program goals.
Track content impact metrics and maintain assets according to health and quality guidelines.
Manage a portfolio of concurrent projects end to end, scoping efforts and communicating progress to stakeholders.
