Job summary

Securitas NV is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale security and technology programs in the Town of Belgium, Wisconsin. You will manage a portfolio of complex projects exceeding €10M, ensure operational excellence, and lead a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the capability to drive high-quality project delivery in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Project or Program Management.
• Proven experience managing large and complex programs.
• Experience in people management and team leadership is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple strategic projects and programs simultaneously.
• Ensure successful delivery within scope, planning, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
• Manage complex programs with budgets exceeding €10M.
