Job summary

Ocean Bay, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, in Washington, D.C., seeks a Program Manager to lead high-visibility government projects, oversee staff, and serve as the single POC for the KO and COR.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in program/project management, a MA/MS in business management or related field, US citizenship, and a Secret clearance; PMP is preferred. Salary: $115,000–$140,000 annually, full-time within the National Capital Region.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• MA/MS degree in business management or other relevant field; BA/BS may be considered with additional experience.
• PMP certification desired.

Responsibilities

• This position works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of the project and performs all functional duties independently.
• This position will oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
• This person will be responsible for all Contractor work performed under this contract and serve as a single POC for the Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
