Job summary

Ghostrock LLC., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead planning, execution, and oversight of critical government programs in Port Hueneme, CA. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex, multi-year efforts with federal oversight.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the PCO, Contract Specialist, and COR, maintaining schedules and budgets, and delivering comprehensive program management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or managerial discipline.
• Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain).
• 15+ years of Program Manager experience leading major programs or multi-year projects.
• Experience coordinating with multiple sub-programs and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for planning, direction, and execution of all requirements.
• Ensure program goals are achieved on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction.
• Establish communication with PCO, Contract Specialist, and COR; conduct biweekly status meetings.
