Job summary

Obsidian Solutions Group invites applications for a Program Manager to provide leadership and oversight of the MOCTT and MAGTF training centers. You will manage contract performance, budgets, schedules, and staff across multiple sites to ensure mission readiness and compliance with DoD directives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master’s preferred or equivalent military education.
• 8–10 years of experience managing complex DoD/USMC training or IT programs.
• Experience overseeing multi-site program execution, budgets, schedules, and personnel.
• Prior military or contractor USMC MAGTF operations experience preferred.
• Proven contract compliance, deliverables, and Government interface.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management for program execution supporting MOCTT and distributed MISTC sites.
• Serve as the primary Government point of contact for contract performance, deliverables, and reporting.
• Oversee development and execution of training schedules, POIs, and exercise support across centers.
• Manage cross-functional staff including instructors, engineers, and academics managers.
• Ensure compliance with DoD/USMC directives and SOPs; monitor budgets and staffing plans.
• Coordinate with senior leadership to align training priorities with operational requirements.
