This person will partner with cross functional teams in engineering, data science, legal and other groups to develop automated and manual detection systems and improve our process. You must have a desire to drive change, interpret data for action and constantly be aware that your actions can help improve the shopping experience for tens of millions of Amazon customers worldwide.
The Sales Abuse Prevention team builds and operates systems that safeguard trust in the Amazon content. We protect shoppers from untrustworthy content and contributors through machine-learned content filters, forensic relationship-detection systems, abusive behavior pattern detection, and investigator tools. We partner with product-development, quality and customer-service teams across the company to make content moderation efficient and effective, deep dive in abuse investigations and respond to customer contacts. Our charter also extends to tools and processes that enable content owners to enforce, manage, and update their policies in cases where sharing resources is necessary.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
