Job summary

Amazon's Worldwide Ergonomics and Safety Experience (WESE) team seeks a Senior Program Manager to own the operational strategy and end-to-end delivery for safety programs reducing injuries across fulfillment sites.

You will define multi-year roadmaps, partner with Directors and VPs, and lead PMs to drive efficiency, CAR quality, and measurable safety outcomes, communicating results to senior leadership with precision.

Qualifications

10+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience leading cross-functional delivery with tech and non-tech teams.
Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Experience generating and managing CARs or capital planning documentation.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

Be the single-threaded owner responsible for defining and documenting the operational strategy for WESE program delivery.
Lead and develop a team of PMs; set expectations for delivery velocity and CAR quality.
Own project financial management including CapEx/OpEx forecasting and budget adherence.
Partner with Finance to optimize resource allocation and cost-efficiency.
Author high-quality executive materials and drive cross-functional alignment.
