We seek a Senior Program Manager to lead the Precision Pulse Positioning System (3PS) program, guiding RF system development across the full lifecycle with a strong emphasis on cost, schedule, and technical performance. The role will involve coordinating with cross-functional teams, engaging with customers including the US Navy and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years of RF, microwave, or systems engineering experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management for complex technical programs.
• Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical performance on DoD or similarly complex programs.
• Strong customer engagement and communication skills.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain or maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of RF system development programs across the full product lifecycle, from proposal to customer delivery.
• Manage cross-functional teams, align technical execution with business objectives, and ensure successful delivery to customer requirements.
• Drive program reviews, ensure test readiness, and foster innovation through R&D and continuous improvement initiatives.
