Job summary

Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, LLC, a Yum! Brands Co-op, seeks a Program Manager II to join the Taco Bell Concept team in Irvine, CA.

This role leads complex, high-visibility national commercialization initiatives across marketing, operations, and procurement to support 8,200+ Taco Bell restaurants. You will partner with cross-functional teams to develop demand forecasts, launch readiness, supplier strategy, and executive-ready recommendations, communicating risks and decisions to senior

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, project/program management, commercialization, demand planning, inventory management, procurement, or purchasing.
• Experience leading national product launches or complex supply chain initiatives in restaurant/foodservice, CPG, distribution, or manufacturing.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and communicate with senior leadership using data-driven recommendations.
• Advanced Excel experience and familiarity with supply planning software (Blue Yonder, Oracle SAP).
• Preferred ISM CPSM, APICS CPIM, Six Sigma Green Belt certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, national commercialization initiatives for Taco Bell as the supply chain owner from concept through restaurant execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, quantify, and document supply chain demands.
• Drive executive alignment on tradeoffs, risk, contingency plans, inventory exposure, supplier readiness, and launch readiness decisions.
• Develop supply strategies with internal and external partners to maximize flexibility with minimal risk.
• Manage overlapping launch timelines with multiple dependencies and ensure flawless execution of marketing initiatives.
• Provide timely, executive-ready communications to leadership and partners, with clear recommendations and implications.
• Present updates and risk assessments to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Capture learnings for future strategic planning and continuous improvement.
