Qualifications

• US citizen with 10+ years in program and/or project management.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale cloud migrations to Azure and AWS.
• Proven ability to manage an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and multiple migration workstreams.
• Intermediate proficiency in program, schedule, scope, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Owns program performance against cost, schedule, scope, and quality baselines.
• Directs the program leadership and migration leads and ensures adequate staffing.
• Builds and maintains the IMS; tracks progress against milestones.
• Identifies, tracks, and mitigates risks and issues with escalation as needed.
• Serves as customer point of accountability and maintains trusted relationships.
• Provides regular status reporting to customer and AIS leadership.
• Ensures contractual delivery of scope and service levels with documented acceptance.
