Job summary

Applied Information Sciences is seeking a Program Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise cloud migration program moving applications from on‑prem to Azure and AWS. You will oversee the IMS, governance, risk, and customer coordination for successful delivery.

In this remote role, you will partner with technical and operations leads and manage the program from assessment through first migrations, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and profitability targets.

Qualifications

• Ten years in program/project management (enterprise scope).
• Experience leading cloud migrations to Azure and AWS.
• Proven ability to meet contractual obligations, manage risk, and drive profitability.
• Experience managing IMS and multiple migration workstreams.
• Proficient in program/schedule/scope/stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Owns program performance against cost, schedule, scope, and quality baselines.
• Directs program leadership and migration teams; ensures staffing.
• Builds and maintains the IMS; tracks progress against milestones.
• Identifies and mitigates risks and issues; escalates when needed.
• Serves as primary customer point of accountability and reports status.
• Ensures contractual delivery and approves invoices with customers.
