• Strong writing, presentation, negotiation skills.
• Ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning through completion aligned with municipal goals.
• Review developer submissions and reports.
• Coordinate reviews across departments.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, risks, procurement, permitting, construction.
• Represent municipal interests in design reviews and progress meetings.
• Prepare executive reports and briefings.
