Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (or Graduate degree) with 12+ years (or 10+ with graduate degree) of relevant experience.
Experience in aviation/aerospace or defense program management and proposals.

Responsibilities

Direct proposals, business plans, and budgets; manage master plans and schedules.
Maintain Integrated Program Plan, Performance Measurement Baseline, and Change Control.
Lead cross-functional teams; interface with customers and internal leadership.
Drive strategic growth planning and execution for the program portfolio.
Prepare and negotiate contracts; manage risk, cost and schedule performance.
Travel up to 20% as needed for proposals and business needs.
